  • Credit eligible rewards
  • Maintain the points ledger and transaction history

  • Prevent duplicate postbacks and rewards
  • Provide customer support
  • Send account, reward, payout, and security notifications

  • Comply with legal obligations

03Reward Attribution and Tracking

To credit rewards correctly, Earnsy and its third-party offer providers may use tracking links, click IDs, cookies, device and browser signals, and server-to-server postbacks. These tools help confirm which user completed an eligible task.

Some rewards may remain pending while a third-party provider verifies completion. If a provider rejects or reverses a conversion, Earnsy may adjust or reverse the related points.

04Third-Party Offer Providers

  • Earnsy works with third-party offerwall, survey, game, and app-offer providers to make offers available and to verify completions.
  • When you open or start an offer, you may be taken to a third-party provider. To credit rewards, Earnsy shares a per-account identifier (and technical data such as your IP and device/browser info) with the provider so completions can be attributed back to you.
  • Those providers may collect information under their own privacy policies.
  • Earnsy receives data from providers to verify clicks, completions, approvals, rejections, reversals, and payouts.
  • Please review a provider’s privacy policy before completing its offers.

05Identity Verification (KYC)

Verifying your identity is optional, but it is required to cash out more than a set lifetime amount, and verified members receive automatic payouts. When you choose to verify, we use a third-party identity-verification provider, Stripe Identity, to check a government-issued ID and a selfie.

  • Stripe Identity collects and processes your ID images, selfie, and the information on your document on our behalf to confirm your identity.
  • Earnsy receives only the verification result (approved, pending, or failed) and a provider reference, which we store on your account. We do not receive or store your raw ID images or biometric facial-match template — those are held by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
  • Identity information is used only to verify you, prevent fraud and abuse, protect payouts, and meet our legal and compliance obligations — never for advertising.

06Fraud Prevention and Security

Earnsy uses fraud-prevention tools to protect users and the platform, including:

  • IP, device, and browser checks
  • Duplicate-account detection
  • Duplicate payout-destination checks
  • Referral-abuse checks
  • Postback validation
  • Rate limiting
  • Payout review
  • Account holds or restrictions for suspicious activity

We may delay, review, deny, reverse, or withhold rewards or payouts when activity appears fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or inconsistent with provider verification.

07Payout and Financial Integrity Data

  • Earnsy records reward and balance changes in a ledger and transaction system.
  • Transaction records may be kept for audit, fraud prevention, payout support, and legal or accounting reasons.
  • Payout-destination information is protected and encrypted where applicable.
  • Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

08Cookies and Similar Technologies

Earnsy may use cookies or similar technologies for:

  • Login sessions
  • Security
  • Reward attribution
  • Offer tracking
  • Fraud prevention
  • Remembering preferences
  • Analytics and performance

Some tracking is necessary to make sure rewards are credited accurately. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

09How We Share Information

We may share limited information with the service providers we use to run Earnsy, including:

  • Third-party offer, survey, game, and app providers to attribute and verify completions
  • Identity-verification providers (currently Stripe Identity) to verify your identity when you choose to
  • Payout and reward-fulfillment providers to deliver your gift cards or cash rewards
  • Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers (such as Supabase and Vercel)
  • Analytics and email providers (such as Vercel Analytics and Resend)
  • Fraud-prevention and security providers
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, if required
  • Support tools we use to answer your requests

These providers process your information on our behalf, under contracts that require them to keep it confidential and use it only to provide their service to Earnsy.

We do not sell user data.

We do not sell personal information for money. If future privacy laws define certain advertising or analytics activity as a “sale” or “sharing,” Earnsy will provide any required disclosures or opt-out choices.

10Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to:

  • Provide the service
  • Maintain transaction and payout history
  • Resolve disputes
  • Prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal and accounting obligations
  • Enforce our Terms

Some ledger, payout, fraud, audit, and identity-verification records (such as the fact that you were verified and the provider reference) may be retained even after account deletion if they are needed for legal, security, anti-fraud, or accounting reasons. Government-ID images and selfies are held by our verification provider under its own retention policy, not by Earnsy.

11Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may be able to:

  • Access your account information
  • Update your profile and account details
  • Request a data export
  • Request account deletion
  • Contact support about privacy requests
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing emails

Some deletion requests may be limited where data is needed for fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Earnsy is designed to support future privacy-rights workflows such as data export and deletion requests.

12US State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, US privacy laws may give you additional rights over your personal information. Earnsy does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and access it
  • Request a copy of your personal information (data portability)
  • Request that we correct inaccurate personal information
  • Request that we delete your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information or of targeted advertising — though Earnsy does not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising

To exercise any of these rights, email support@earnsy.gg. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. Some states let you appeal a denied request; if we deny your request, we will tell you how to appeal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Some requests may be limited where we need to keep information for fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

13Children and Age Eligibility

Earnsy is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Do not use Earnsy if you are under 18.

If Earnsy learns that it has collected information from someone who is not eligible to use the service, we may close the account and delete or restrict the information as appropriate.

14Security

Earnsy uses reasonable security measures such as password hashing, secure authentication, encryption for sensitive payout-destination data where applicable, rate limits, audit logs, and access controls.

No online service can guarantee complete security.

15Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above. We may communicate material changes by email, in-app notice, or website notice.
